As you can see the surface of THE DRAINBOARD does not sit flat on the counter top. COUNTER SPACE
Take notice of where the little geese are sitting. The counter space where the geese sit was made available by moving THE DRAINBOARD forward to the front edge of the counter. If you want the extra space at the front edge of the counter simply, move THE DRAINBOARD to the rear edge of the counter. If you keep the nose of THE DRAINBOARD over the edge of the sink, you can move the rear of THE DRAINBOARD on different angles to the sink.
